Orders placed before 2pm will be sent same working day.

Orders over £45 spend will qualify for free delivery (net of tax). Orders under £45 are charged at a standard rate of £4.99. This shipping option will take around 2 - 5 days

An option for Next Day shipping is available for Mainland UK for £6.99. Please note this is only for items which do not state '3-5 delivery' in the description of the product. Please check this before ordering. We are not liable for delays after shipping.

Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands & Highlands, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles and Isle of Man will be charged a minimum of £14.49. Please enter postcode at checkout for a price. Some postcodes may be charged extra if there is more than one box or if shipment is very heavy.

Please be aware we will not pay custom fees. Please research if you are liable before purchasing (outside of UK). Returns are not covered if un-wanted custom fees apply. 

Returns

We do not offer free returns on items unless faulty or incorrect.

If you wish to return your item please make sure items are un-opened / undamaged and send them to the address below within 28 days of purchase and with your order details included:

If order is under £45 after return - delivery will be charged of £4.99

If you need us to arrange a courier to collect your items please email sales@bakerydirect.co.uk with your order number and weight of your parcel. The cost of this collection will be taken from your final refund value.
