• We are currently dispatching orders Monday-Friday. 
• Orders placed before 1pm on these days will be sent same day. 

• Orders over £45 spend will qualify for free delivery (net of tax). This shipping option will take around 3 days but may take up-to 5 days.

• Orders under £45 are charged at a standard rate of £4.50. This shipping option will take around 3 days but may take up-to 5 days.
• An option for 1-2 days shipping is available for mainland UK for £5.99 Please note this is only for items which do not state '3-5 delivery' in the description of the product. Please check this before ordering.
• If order is under £45 after return delivery will be charged of £4.50

• Non-Mainland UK and European Orders will be charged between £12.45-£15 per box. Please enter details at checkout for cost. 
• Northern Ireland will be charged a minimum of £12.45. Please be prepared to pay extra if you are ordering more than one box of products due to changes in courier charges. E.g. 1 large box filled with smaller items = £12.45. 2 whole cases of products = £12.45 plus a surcharge added after checkout. We are doing our best to reduce our charges for over-seas shipment. 
• Please be aware we will not pay custom fees. Please research if you are liable before purchasing (outside of UK). Free returns are not covered if un-wanted custom fees apply. 

Returns

• Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns on items unless faulty or incorrect.
• If you wish to return your item please make sure items are un-opened / undamaged and send them to the address below within 28 days of purchase and with your order details included:

• If you need us to arrange a courier to collect your items please email sales@bakerydirect.co.uk with your order number and weight of your parcel.  The cost of this collection will be taken from your final refund value.
