Delivery & Returns

Orders over £45 spend will qualify for free delivery (net of tax), orders under £45 are charged at a standard rate of £4.50. This shipping option will take around 3 days but may take up-to 5 days.

An option for 1-2 days shipping is available for mainland UK for £5.99

Northern Ireland, Highlands & Europe will be charged a minimum of £12.45. We ask you to please email us prior to ordering with your list of items so we can cost this for you accordingly. Email - sales@bakerydirect.co.uk.

Please be aware we will not pay custom fees. Please research if you are liable before purchasing (outside of UK). Returns are not covered if un-wanted custom fees apply.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns on items unless faulty or incorrect. If you wish to return your item please make sure items are un-opened / undamaged and send them to the address below within 28 days of purchase and with your order details included:
